If you Were a Fruit

Have you ever wondered if you were a fruit what would you be?Well I know that I do, but it is so hard to think of only 1 fruit because there are so many.I have finally figured out that if I always think about this question then why don't I just write about it.So in this little paragraph I will describe Riah, Kiley, and the myself as a fruit. First I will start with Riah.If Riah was a fruit I think she would be Orange. Only because she looks just like a regular fruit on the outside(just a regular girl) but when you take a bit (get to know her) she's full a flavor, very fruity and and has a bit of tang to herself(energetic and fun). Now if Kiley was a fruit she would be an peach. She would be a peach because she is so fuzzy (nice) and is such a tropical fruit ( fun and happy).Now to me Sydney if I was a fruit I think I would be a pear. I would be a pear because they have a very unique shape (unique style) and they are very juicy (full of energy and have lots of fun).There I did it, so now when you think of how you can describe a person think about what I did describe then as a food. Now you don't have to use old adjective and boring stuff like that use things that are around you.

The day felt like just yesterday, I think about that moment all the time. It has stuck with me since it happened and will stay engraved in my mind till I die. You could say it was a great day or bad one but to me it was it was both. I wish I could have helped myself more but instead I have learned to trust other things not only people but animals too, this is the story of my life.

"Hey mom I’m going to the park to go sledding with Rugger, want to come” said Riley “No I have a ton of work to do, are you going to the park by the pond” “Yep” Said Riley “Ok then be safe , I love you “Said Riley’s mom So Rugger do you want to go sledding” “WOOF WOOF” “I’ll take that as a yes.

Off they went to the park .Today was a pleasant day for sledding. For some reason though, when they got to the park it started to snow but this wasn’t any little snow storm this was a blizzard and the snow was coming down like cats and dogs. At this time Riley and Rugger ( her dog) were still sledding and thought that the storm would pass but it just kept getting worse. Sadly they decided to go home because of the storm, but walking in this almost became impossible so Riley had to take a take it easy for just a moment. She sat in her inner tube (her sled) to take a rest but when gust a wing came along she was pushed her down the hill. “Help someone help me” but before anything more could come out of her mouth, she went SPLASH she had plunged in to the frigid waters. What you might not realize is that this pond could be negative something degrees which means that she could die. WOOF WOOF, Rugger had realized that Riley was at risk even though he could barely see through the storm. He had to think fast and that’s what he did. Splash Rugger had leaped in the pond also, he was on a mission and that was to save his owner. Riley at this point was at the bottom of the pond because she was knocked out cold. Rugger had swam to the bottom of the pond and grabbed Riley by the hood of her coat. Then Rugger pulled her up on to land and he started to run by dragging his owner by her coat . He ran so fast that his feet became numb from the ice cold ground. Finally he had reached his house. When he got to the house he placed Riley by the car which he thought might have been warm. Then he bark and barked and even scratched on the door. Then Finally Riley’s mom came rushing out of the door to see her daughter out cold with a pale white look to her face. Then she saw Rugger laying on the floor next to her full of snow. Oh my gosh!!! Said Riley’s mom Then she grabbed the phone and called 911 in a panic.

“Honey are you awake”, said Mrs. Taylor (Riley’s mom) “Yeah, what happened” said Riley in a tired sleepy voice. Then for the next few hours there was crying and a lot of emotion. That is when Mrs. Taylor tried to explain what had happen Riley. The saddest thing was, is when Riley found out the Rugger had lost a leg from numbness and frost bit on his left leg because he could not endure the pain and coldness. But they latter found out that he was okay and that he got a puppy fake leg so that he can still run and jump and be a dog.

But next thing you know both Riley and Rugger were just fine in the end. This had brought much sadness and pain but it paid off. Riley had never realized how much her dog loved her, and that this only brought then closer. Now Riley is in collage and living on her own in a apartment and guess who is with her? You know its Rugger her BDEITWWW(best dog ever in the whole wide word). That just show how a good friend doesn’t always have to be a person.

When you Look into to a Picture

Things you could do or things you could change about your life.

People think that they can just wish about the things they want to change.

But that’s not how life goes.

Think different

Act different

Live different.

One person can do something huge.

One person one dream one heart can make something happen.

You just have to believe in yourself and think positive.

When you look in to a picture you can make it happen.

The Life of a Turtle

I heard the waves crashing, I struggling to get out of my shell but when I saw the first bit of sunlight I was encouraged to keep going slowly but surely I was out my shell I had had broken free at last .Where ever I was though I was still cramped and had no space, I could feel the slimy texture beneath me. Even though I did not know where I was I could still undergo the warmth of the sun that was beating down. Everything was great I was introduced into in life and it was breath taking. But in a Quick second I could only hear screaming and shouting. Things where being scrambled and shook I was frightened and I could not help but think that we were in danger. My siblings and I had to leave, but it felt like days trying to make my way to the water my flippers started to cramp though I could not stop. I could hear my siblings yelling for help but I had no energy to go back. Then my atmosphere changed, instead of the humid and sticky air that I was used to, I now felt the cool, wet water. I was in the salty ocean, I made it.

Hello my name is Squirt, I am a leatherback Sea Turtle and I was born and raised in the ocean Blue .But really I was born by on the south side of Bongo lagoon it’s a funny name but really a lot of sea Turtles like me were born there. The lagoon is very warm and calm (which if it cold would die) it is actually by the Gulf of Mexico. A lot of my family though was born by coastal waters, bays, lagoons, and brackish waters.

Now that I told you where I live and what my name is, I should tell you about myself. I am 23 years old but let me tell you ,I love to act foolish, and to turtles that’s young because we turtles can live up to 100 and even 200.(( Let me tell you cool story, I actually meet the oldest turtle before he passed away his from India and he lived to be 250 years ). I have never met my mom or dad which is sad but not many turtles at all have seen there parents. We never see them because they leave at birth and we have to hatch. The scary thing is, is that I was suppose to have 203 siblings but I was one of five that actually made it to the ocean safely. If you feel sad about my other siblings don’t, this happens almost every season to turtles that’s why they have so many eggs I just wish that the predator wouldn’t have picked our hole to eat from. I have met my other siblings thought let me tell you their names. I have 3 brothers’ and 2 sisters their names are Crush, Speedy, Ruffter, Pacifica, Brezz, and then me Squirt. I am actually in Secollage (sea collage) right now, and tomorrow we are going to a famous shipwreck sight which turtles like me love they gather around places like that. Even some shipwreck places are not public so some turtles live there.

Now for the fun part, fun facts about me and my type of turtles. So you know how fish like to swim ,well so do we. I call Sea turtles speed racers because we can swim up to 1300 miles per day that’s a ton, but how we do this are by swimming fast. Another thing that helps us swim so fast is the fact that we have a shell as hard like a rock. Most of the time a turtles shell is smooth so the water will just glide off of them, but other times a shell can be ruff or edgy. Unlike like fish, we have to take a breath above water, but we can last up to 5 hours, so still a long time.
